Kristin Fisher joined CNN in 2021 when she joined CNN. The reporter will serve as the Space and Defense Correspondent. In her new position, Fisher is responsible for covering everything including NASA's new Space Force to commercial space businesses and the advent space tourism. Kristin is the mother of two NASA Astronauts. Kristin has grown up working in space, and has covered Trump and Biden Administration space policies for FOX News as White House Correspondent. The reporter also reported on the presidential election in 2020 and the efforts of two administrations to combat the coronavirus. Kristin was on the road extensively, both with the president and vice-president. She was even on a secret trip to Afghanistan alongside Donald Trump. Kristin was a fixture in the local news markets of Grand Junction, Colorado, Little Rock, Arkansas, as well as Washington, D.C. for nearly a decade before joining the network. She won an Emmy Award in Washington, D.C. as a CBS station's reporter who was a one-man band. Kristin used her experience behind the lens to start Field Mouse Films. The company was a specialist in documentary films. It was also a favourite of corporate clients such as Uber, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin is a graduate of journalism at Boston University. She lives in Washington, D.C., with her entire family, which includes their 3-year-old daughter.
